   Grades: Premium (A), Gold (B), Standard (C).
3. Raw coconut-shell charcoal — natural lump, granule, powder / mesh.

- MOQ: 18 tons (one 20ft FCL container)
- Loadability: 18–20 t / 20ft, 25–26 t / 40ft HQ
- Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CNF, EXW (FOB Surabaya most common)
- Payment: 50% T/T advance + 50% before loading, or L/C at sight
- Lead time: 21 days new brand, 14 days repeat
- Free 1 kg sample with batch COA
